Loans The Foundation offers a lending service to member churches and Convention agencies at competitive interest rates. Large amounts require a mortgage as security while smaller amounts may be made on a promissory note loan basis. Interim financing is also available. Many churches have improved, expanded, or constructed new church buildings with financing from the Foundation. You may download a Loan application
